ALI-518: Countering Islamophobia

Islamophobia is defined as the irrational fear, prejudice or hatred directed against Islam or Muslims. With this definition in mind, it should come as no surprise that the first victim of Islamophobia was the Holy Prophet. How did the Messenger of God and his nascent community counteract the unspeakable antagonism and hostility of Quraysh? This course will shed light on the suffering and challenges of the early Muslim community and how we can draw practical lessons from their plight.
