ALI-291: Achieving wellness through a ‘whole food based diet’

Despite the conveniences offered by our modern day living, the quality of food that we consume daily has deteriorated over the years. Lack of time propels us to choose fast, convenient foods that are not necessarily good for us. In order to achieve wellness, we need to bring the focus back on what we eat, how we eat and when we eat. In this 3 week course, you will learn how to choose healthy Whole foods for yourself and your family. You will also gain insight into the basic principles of mindful eating. We will also discuss practical ways to incorporate small dietary changes that can lead to big health gains for yourself and your family.
